Our research focus is on development and application of generative AI. We use it to generate high quality synthetic cohort omics data for privacy-preserving data sharing in collaborations and demonstrate it in the classification of patients in Alzheimer’s diseases. Another development is DrugDiff, our diffusion model for the generation of novel small molecules with specific molecular properties. To make these approaches feasible, we use and investigate modular high-performance computing techniques.
