The aim of our research is to better understand the dynamics of the immune system. Therefore, we are using live intravitalmicroscopy to visualize cellular interactions and migration in the context of acute infections and autoinflammatory diseases. Wefocus on monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils in different organs during S. aureus and E. coli infections or diseases likeFamilial Mediterranean Fever.
